How to force AWS S3 CLI to use given network interface.

Hi,
I try to use AWS s3 command line to send a file to s3 bucket. But int the prod environment, there are 3 network interface installed on the server, e.g. 192.168.15.100, 172.16.15.22, 172.16.15.23 last 2 was used for external links. but the server default route is setup using 192.168.15.100. How can i force that AWS S3 command line to use 172.16.15.22 and 172.16.15.23 to go out and access the AWS s3 bucket? I checked the command line document there is no parameter I can use to force that. Can anyone help me out here?

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
